At Amare Gifting, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated collections. Because many of our items are handcrafted or personalized specifically for you, we handle returns and exchanges with the following policy:
1. Personalized & Custom Orders
All custom-designed or personalized items (such as branded or textable mugs) are Final Sale. These pieces are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Personalized Items
For non-custom items, such as our signature candles, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Credit: Approved returns will be issued via Amare Store Credit (e-Gift Card). Refunds to the original payment method are only applicable to items that arrive damaged.
3. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our team immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) to make it right.
4. Shipping Costs
- General Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken, Amare Gifting will cover all costs for the return and replacement.
5. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved credits or refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
